00_ (spoken aloud, “double oh nothing”) are an experimental rock outfit hailing from Naarm/Melbourne on Wurundjeri and Dja Dja Wurrung Land. Formed in the midst of lockdown 2021, the band has quickly affirmed themselves as a fan favourite for genre nomads and punk rock weirdos. Blending elements of no wave, noise, post-rock and post-punk, they’re post-conventions, enthralling listeners with free-wheeling riffs and intricate layerings of sound. Good Moon are a Castlemaine band featuring Zeb Olsen from K5 and Matrimony, Eamon Orchard from World Turtle World, and Peta Godfrey playing love songs and breakup songs with overlapping vocals, quiet, careful drums and unexpected but comforting riffs.
