Following the release of their debut tape 'Reward For Effort', House Deposit embark on their first ever tour this January, performing at Victorian regional centres Beechworth & Castlemaine, and ending with a set at Northcote Social Club's Monday Night Mass.

Released in October 2019, 'Reward For Effort' sold out of its first run of tapes within a week of its announce. Named by Beat Magazine as "one of the best Melbourne albums of the year", it chronicles the turbulence of one's mid 20s, juxtaposed by sweet melodies and crisp guitars. It's tongue in cheek janglepop reminiscent of Beat Happening; quick sharp songs blistered by the sun in Melbourne's north.

House Deposit bring their honest charm to the The Bridge Hotel beer garden, joined by true Castlemaine Jangels (jangle angels) The Great Divides.
