Kestral (Castlemaine) has developed his own individual style influenced by Blues, Techno, Ragas and Western Classical music. His complex percussive style of guitar playing utilises modes and pentatonic scales in solo improvisation, creating rhythms using harmonics and string buzz and the use of sweep picking over barre-chords. Kestral’s original songs are adorned with harmonic singing, and share insight of the collective dreaming.
