Georgia State Line are a Melbourne based alt-country collective hailing from various parts of small town Victoria/ NSW. Fronted by singer-songwriter Georgia Delves, their music is a blend of old-time country entwined with today’s Americana sound. Drawing inspiration from the classics of Emmylou Harris and Linda Ronstadt, Delves centres her writing on the bittersweet balancing act between growing up and staying young, all the while backed by a band rich in the swells of pedal steel.

Most notably the group have performed alongside Australian country music icon Bill Chambers, performed at National Folk Festival 2017, Dashville Skyline Festival 2017 and showcased as part of Australian Music Week 2017 via AMAA. Most recently their latest offering, debut EP ‘Heaven Knows’ saw a warm reception for the clan, quickly labelling them as “one of Australia’s best up-and-coming” acts (Art News Portal) and garnering nods from Paul Gough (ABC Radio National).
